Hello, people! So, today we are doing something different from what I usually do on my blog. As you know, the main focus of my blog is fashion and will always be, but I thought maybe share with you something else, something personal every Thursday, something a lifestyle related. I am always thinking about starting my youtube channel and whenever I think about what I will be posting about, it will be a lifestyle channel, because these kinds of channels are the things I love the most, I would love to make people enjoy my content as much as I enjoy theirs. That is why I wanted to share my passion with you even for one post in the week and I chose Thursday, so, if you enjoyed this post and wish for more like this one, please leave it in the comments down below, so I can do more of it.
Today, I want to share with you a very easy to make a healthy dessert. I am the kind of body that will probably gain weight out of the air, you know those people that will just eat extra calories and then will turn into an elephant, that is me. It is easy for me to grab hold of my body at winter, because I am always at college and I am always out of my house, I have tons of stuff to do, so I have no time to eat, but since summer arrived and I am staying home most of the time blogging, in America, away from my friends and I don’t go out much, I have gained weight and I am gradually losing it, but it still sucks, especially when your entire career develop around you talking images and you should look like a model. That is why I am sharing with you today a healthy recipe for dessert, that will take less than five minutes to do.
INGREDIENT:
· 1 table spoon of yogurt.
· 1 tea spoon of oats
· Slices of banana, I had about five, but honestly, this is up to you.
· Cinnamon.
· Honey or maple syrup, whichever you have, even though honey is healthier, maple is more delicious.
You basically put the yogurt and spread it evenly, then spray the oats on top. Next, you put the honey or the maple syrup less than tea spoon, not much, you don’t want it to too sweet. Add the slices of banana on top, I put mine only on half of the cup so the rest of the ingredient shows and it was a pleasant sight. Finally, add the cinnamon. And voila, you have got yourself a very healthy and easy to make desserts.
