“SLOW DOWN. CALM DOWN. DON’T WORRY. DON’T HURRY. TRUST THE PROCESS.”

VELVET. I got to love it. I remember my love for velvet started at a really young age when my mom bought a green velvet skirt for me and it felt amazing under my hands and not to mention it was great on the eyes. From then I really love it, but I never had anything else in velvet other than shoes, because for some reason, I always thought that velvet is a little bit classier than my everyday casual life.
But not anymore, velvet is HUGE this season, everything velvet is trendy, jackets, booties, tops and pants and don’t forget of course the dresses. I got to tell you I am obsessed. I am happy that I get to wear it this fall and winter.
This fall/winter however is my favorite, because all of my favorite bloggers and style icon showed me how to rock velvet in my everyday casual look and today I decided to share with you how to rock velvet dress in a very everyday outfit.
I choose this Dion lee velvet dress with this thin straps and the sheet bottom, because it is the pretties thing ever. I have added a white shirt under it to give it a casual touch and also to protect us from the coldness of the fall and winter. I paired them with these black booties from DRESSLILY to give them the fall vibe and I think in colder weather you can add a black leather jacket to complete the look. What you think of this outfit, is it cute or what?

I have found a velvet booties that I purchased almost five years ago in the back of my closet and wore it for like two times or something, but I have styled it this fall/winter with a couple of outfits and I just look fantastic, or I hope to look fantastic, lol.
How about you? How do you plan to wear velvet this winter, please leave it in the comment in the comments down below or if you already styled it, leave the link to the post so I can go and check it out.

I would really love to know what you think of this post in the comments down below. Till next time, bye. .
